Snacks to Keep You Busy

When you feel the urge to smoke, have a snack that keeps your hands and mouth busy. Buy a bag of shelled peanuts to eat, so that you have to work at shelling each nut. Do the same with sunflower seeds. Make a big bowl of popcorn, a good low-fat snack. Practice catching pieces in your mouth.

  1. found your blog today. I do not know if you are for real. most of your postings are from other sources. quitting is damn hard. delaying is dumb. I quit. it was hell. you seem to know the ways of the non smoker.
    N.O.P.E you mention a child on the way when this child toasts you at their wedding will they look down the table or to heaven?
