13 Best Quit-Smoking Tips Ever
I was in the process of putting together some information for a blog post when I came across a nice article at WebMD.com. It is a slideshow called "13 Best Quit-Smoking Tips Ever". The slideshow lists 1 tip on each slide along with additional info about each tip. Although I won't post the additional information here, I thought I would list the tips. Hi Jeff - I just posted to you on Quitnet and then followed your link here. Quit tip #2 makes it sound as if nicotine replacement is essential. It never made sense to me - would you give an alcoholic a few sips of wine to help him quit? I do recommend you get hold of the Allen Carr book, read it with an open mind (very important) and follow directions absolutely. I smoked for decades and this really helped me quit. (No nicotine involved with the book) Now I don't stink and feel guilty around my grandchildren.

HI Jeff,
ReplyDeleteI am grannyny and followed your link from the Q.
I used the patch in the beginning of this quit. I feel whatever gets you away from cigarettes and the habit is a good thing.
I also quit many times, this one is sticking.
You quit many times and I wish you good luck with your plan to quit this time.

Excellant. Most of the said ideas are very practical but in my opinion, a strong will power is necessary to quit smoking. Your blog have such niche topic that every body especially girls like.
