- My name is Jeff, I am 33 years old, and I am a smoker. I have been smoking since I was about 12 and have tried various methods of quitting over the years...all of which have been unsuccessful. It is my hope that I can get some encouragement and/or advice from others that have successfully given up this nasty habit.
